Treatment fee: ¥12,000 + tax ¥1,200 per session
Initial consultation fee: ¥4,000 + consumption tax ¥400 (first visit only)

6 steps to treatment
Step 1 : Contact us
Our clinic only responds to inquiries by email. First, please fill in all the required information on the reception form and submit it. We will ask you the following information on the reception form.
① Your name, date of birth ② Contact information or email address ③ Your current symptoms, when and how they occurred ④ Your surgical history, medical history, and sports history ⑤ Have you ever had a traffic accident or serious injury in the past (falling down stairs, falling on your bottom, etc.)
Step 3. Transfer
Please pay the treatment fee to the bank account we notified you the other day. The treatment fee is as stated at the top of this page. Also, since our clinic requires payment in advance, we ask that you please make the transfer the day before the treatment date, if possible. We will notify you once the transfer has been confirmed.
Step 5. Confirm your reservation
Once we have confirmed the patient's photo, we will contact you via email to discuss making an appointment.

Cancellation fee will be 50% if cancelled 2 days before the treatment date, and 100% the day before.
However, if treatment is not possible due to communication problems, etc., we will provide a full refund.
Step 2. Communication with the patient
Once you have submitted the application form, we will notify you by email at a later date. At that time, we will also inform you of the bank details for the transfer.
First, decide on the treatment date. To find out the treatment date, go back to the homepage of this website and tap on the treatment date column in the menu at the top of the page. Once you have decided on a date that is convenient for you, please contact us by email.
Step 4 : Email your photos
Once you receive the notification, please send two photos by email. The first photo should be taken from behind in a lateral position with your right shoulder down so that your whole body is included, and the second photo should be taken from the front with your left shoulder down. Please bend your knees slightly, and when taking the photo from behind, make sure that the soles of your feet are clearly visible.

Step 6 : On the day of treatment
We will notify you by email 10 minutes before the start time. Please send us an acknowledgement message by email. Please lie down and relax during the treatment. We will notify you by email again after the treatment time has finished.
